Confirm your address
Moved over the summer? Give your new address to your child’s school right away so transportation is reassigned.

Register at the school
New students should be registered with the school before transportation can be arranged.

Confirm your child qualifies for busing — especially if they are starting a new grade division.

Set up the Parent Portal
Create your BusPlanner Web account so you can see the bus, stop and times when they are posted.

Note your stop & times
Find your assigned stop and be there five minutes early on the first day.

Review safety together
Walk through danger zones, crossing and staying seated with your child before day one.
When will my information be ready? Route, stop and time details are typically posted in the Parent Portal in late August. Keep checking the portal in the days before school starts, as details can be adjusted right up to the first day.
