Follow these steps to create your Parent Portal account and view your child’s transportation in BusPlanner Web. You will need your child’s Ontario Education Number (OEN) and date of birth.
Step-by-Step

Open the portal
Go to the BusPlanner Web login page (button below) and choose “Create Account.”

Register your email
Enter your email address and create a password. Confirm your account from the email we send you.

Sign in
Return to the login page and sign in with your new email and password.

Add your child
Choose “Add Student” and enter their Ontario Education Number (OEN) and date of birth.

View transportation
Your child’s bus, stop, times and a stop map appear on their profile.

Add more children
Repeat step 4 for each child — they all appear under one account.
Can’t find your child’s OEN? It appears on report cards and in your school’s parent portal. If the system does not recognize your child, contact your school to confirm their registration and address are up to date, then try again.
