How long does delivery take?
Most orders leave our warehouse within one business day. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days across Ontario, and you get a tracking link the moment it ships.
What is your return policy?
Return most items within 30 days for a full refund — unused, in original packaging. We email a prepaid label to make it easy.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do! Add complimentary gift wrapping at checkout and we'll tuck in a handwritten card with your message.
Can I buy online and pick up in store?
Absolutely. Choose In-Store Pickup at checkout and we'll have it ready at the counter — usually within the hour.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Every option shows at checkout.
